Day 1  (Wednesday, December16th.      Noon to 8:30pm)

 

 

Noon:                           Intro/overview

 

 

12:30pm                       1st steps for success   club set up for sales success

 

 

2:00pm                        The Telephone inquiry:  What callers say, why they say it,

                                    and what you say to get an appointment.

 

 

3:00pm                         The tour: Giving a “slam dunk” tour.  Asking the right questions, and getting to the emotional side of every sale.  Learning how to listen.

 

 

4:30pm                       Lunch

 

 

5:30pm                        Overcoming objections:   Asking the right questions on a tour

                                    that will lead to more sales.

 

 

6:00pm                        Referrals:  How to get happy customers to give you leads.

 

 

7:00pm                       Managing your pipeline:  Proper follow up, how often, and what to                                   say. 

8:00pm                        Performance Tracking:  What gets measured, gets improved.

 

 

8:30pm                      End of Day 1

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Day 2 (Thursday, December 17th     8:30am to 3pm)

 

 

8:30am                         Review from day 1

 

 

 

9:00am                         Ramping up members:  Upselling, getting them through the proper channels to ensure the best customer satisfaction, and most revenue opportunities. 

 

 

10:00am                       Retaining members:  Keep them once you got them.  Doing the simple things makes all the difference.

 

 

11:00am                       The Personal Training Connection:  What salespeople can do to increase Personal Training revenue in the club.

 

 

Noon                           Lunch

 

 

 

1:00pm                         Guerilla Marketing:  Getting outside the club and pulling people in.  Creating 20 spokes in the wheel that get the phone ringing and the door swinging!

 

2:00pm                         BONUS MODULE: Corporate Outreach:  Grabbing bananas in bunches!

 

 

2:45pm                         A Day in the Life of a Snap Fitness Salesperson

 

 

3:00pm                        Parking lot review.  End of Sales Success Training.  Certificates presented.
